Lux Choir School

The Lux Choral Society has always believed that the most transcendent musical experiences come from singers who understand what they’re doing — not just emotionally, but technically. Choir School was built on that conviction.

Over eight monthly sessions, you’ll build real skills: reading music, understanding harmony, tracing the history of the choral tradition, and working directly with some of Utah County’s finest vocal coaches. These aren’t lecture-hall classes. They’re hands-on, intimate, and designed to make you a better musician.

Open to Lux members, singers from other choirs, and anyone in the community who wants to grow. No audition required. Just come ready to learn.

Small groups - These aren’t large lectures. Classes are kept intentionally small so every session is a real conversation, not a performance.

Community is the point - We’re advertising to Lux members and singers from choirs across Utah County. You’ll learn alongside people who share your passion for choral music.

Flexible commitment - Register for individual classes, a full series, or everything. Come to what works for your schedule — each session is designed to stand on its own.

Held in American Fork - All classes take place in a home in American Fork, Utah — a relaxed, welcoming space that fits the spirit of what we’re building here.
